Heavy-duty gratings are distinguished by a thicker and higher supporting flat bar, which means that the grating can carry heavier loads than a normal grating.
SELECTION OF GRATINGS FOR WHEELED TRAFFIC
Gratings are made from steel grades:
Other material types on request
The gratings are manufactured according to standards: DIN24537 and RAL GZ 638
Hot-dip galvanisation is in accordance with EN ISO 1461
Grates are manufactured with a negative tolerance (+0 to -4 mm)
As standard, the gratings are framed with a flat bar equal to the height of the supporting flat bar. However, it is possible to change to another type.
We denote the length of the load-bearing flat bar by L and the length of the transverse flat bar by B. Maximum dimensions: L = 2500 mm, B = 2000 mm,
On the technical drawing, the load-bearing flat bar is marked with the following symbol.
