Stair treads are manufactured from platform gratings, side plates and an anti-slip angle.
Stair treads are manufactured from platform gratings, side plates and an anti-slip angle. Any press-in grating or welded grating included in our production programme, including anti-slip grating, can be used as the basis for the step.
Side plates with mounting holes serve to fix the stair tread to the structure. A perforated strip placed along the bearing flat of the grating filling the step has an anti-slip role.
Lateral gratings steps are manufactured according to DIN 24531. Supporting flat bars and meshes in platform gratings filling stair treads – according to the production programme of gratings.
Holes Φ13 mm and Φ13×25 mm are made in side plates to enable mounting of steps to the stair structure. The spacing of mounting holes ‘n’ for typical step widths is shown in the table.
Apart from standard step dimensions with a standard hole spacing, we produce any other step dimension according to a customer’s order. Each step is fixed to the ridge beam with 4 bolts M12 x 35 hot-dip galvanised according to DIN 558 (+ nut M12 according to DIN 555 and washer A13 according to DIN 125)
