Full gratings

Carton gratings, also known as “Vollroste”, are a special type of grating in which the supporting flat bars have the same height and thickness in both directions.

Thanks to this design, the gratings are characterised by exceptional rigidity and uniform load distribution in all directions. They are used wherever stability and uniform load-bearing capacity are important – both vertically and horizontally.

They are most often used in heavy industry, at assembly stations, in production halls and as elements of platforms, platforms or working platforms. Cardboard gratings are also ideal for use in high-storage warehouses, where high mechanical strength is required. Their design ensures safety of use, as well as high resistance to deformation under dynamic loads.

Thanks to the even spacing of the flat bars, the cardboard grilles can be used as dual-supported surfaces, which increases their functionality and facilitates the design of technical installations.

Their aesthetically pleasing, symmetrical appearance also makes them suitable for use in architectural spaces – on facades, external stairs or in public buildings. The possibility of manufacturing gratings in different grades of steel, including galvanised and stainless steel, allows them to be adapted to specific environmental conditions.
