Grating clamps

System gratings are manufactured from the material S235JR and hot-dip galvanised in accordance with EN ISO 1461. These components enable gratings to be attached to a substructure.

Mounting brackets for gratings are selected according to the shape of the support beam, the mesh size of the grating and the height of the flat bar.

Standard clamps

Standard bracket with M8x70 screw, used when the top flange of the support beam is available.

Standard clamps for 11 mm mesh

Grating fixing bracket, used when one of the mesh dimensions of the platform grating is 11 mm.

Double clamps

The double jointing bracket with screw M8 x 70 mm is used to join gratings between each other and prevents adjacent panels from buckling.

Hook fixture

The hook chuck is made from 8 mm diameter bar. It is used in the case of hollow sections and channel sections. The hook clamps are made individually for each profile.

Clamps

As a standard, each grating is mounted to the structure using 4 mounting brackets.

  • STANDARD CLAMPS (available from stock for T-shaped or I-shaped profiles and others with access to the top flange of the profile)
  • HOOK CLAMPS – custom-made for each profile – when ordering, the support structure profile must be specified, e.g., 80×60 mm
  • SHOT-IN ANCHORS – type and code according to the manufacturer’s catalog
  • CLAMPS FOR GRATINGS WITH 11 MM MESH
  • CLAMPS FOR GRATINGS WITH MESH OVER 44 MM
  • DOUBLE CLAMPS – available from stock, mounted additionally, in addition to the 4 standard brackets fixing the grating to the structure
